Condorcet with Dual Dropping Perl Scripts
The Dual Dropping method is a combination of the
Cloneproof Schwartz Sequential Dropping (CSSD)
and
Tideman's Ranked Pairs (RP)
methods using
Markus Schulze's pair rank tiebreak procedure
which utilizes
Eppley's Random Voter Hierarchy Tiebreak generation procedure.
To use this script you need
PERL,
the required
PERL modules,
and a correctly formatted input file. For those who are vote tabulation techies there are many customization options. Language translations are under development.
